Residential care is about someone else dealing with the day to day necessities while you relax and enjoy yourself. Discover new artistic pleasures or discuss the latest news, enjoy a diverse range of musical entertainment or go on outings... simply choose to do whatever you please. All in the company of like-minded people and supported by a team of dedicated, professional carers.

Nursing care should be no different in its approach, except that nursing homes provide additional professional services for people with medical conditions that require 24 hour nursing care.

Within the Springdene Group we offer residential care at our homes in Hampstead (Spring Grove), Enfield (Springview) and Muswell Hill (Spring Lane). Springview and Spring Lane also have specialist High Dependency Units for people with additional personal care needs whilst specialist nursing care is provided at Springdene in Whetstone.

In-patient post-operative or medical illness rehabilitation therapy is provided at the Springdene Clinic, also in Whetstone.

With this comprehensive range of services we are able to provide a continuity of care to support people as their individual needs evolve, thus limiting the stressful effects of changing care providers.
